1. The Root Cause (According to Aajonus)
Pasteurization and Heat Alteration: Heat treatment cauterizes (fuses) lactose and casein, making them indigestible. These altered molecules enter the bloodstream like ‘glass’ cutting cells and triggering allergic responses. For example, in pasteurized milk, only 50-40% of calcium is utilized, and the rest strains the body, while enzymes for digestion are destroyed.

- Related Factors: In some cases, it's tied to leaky gut (thinner intestinal walls), allowing undigested food to enter the blood.
2. Symptoms of Lactose Intolerance
Immediate Digestive Issues: Stomach cramps or nausea within 20 minutes of drinking (especially cold) milk. Vomiting and diarrhea, particularly in children.
Allergic & Inflammatory: Rashes, allergies, or irritability from undigested molecules entering the blood. Initial raw milk may cause detox symptoms like headaches (from salt/toxin dumping) or anxiety.
Systemic Effects: Water retention/puffiness or dryness/wrinkling from improper nutrient use. Exhaustion is not a symptom.
3. Methods to Reverse Intolerance
Reversal typically takes 3 months with gradual introduction. No supplements or avoidance of dairy—instead, proper preparation.
Gradual Introduction
Start with small amounts (2-4 ounces per day) for 3 months to detox stored cooked lactose without overwhelming symptoms.

Warm or Room Temp
Avoid cold milk. Leave out 8-10 hours (or up to 12+) to reach room temp, or warm in water bath (102°F).
Sip slowly through lips/teeth for mouth bacteria to aid digestion.
Fermented / Predigested
Make kefir: 28oz raw milk + 4tbsp cream + 2tbsp honey. Leave out 24-48 hours.
Bacteria predigests the lactose and protein for easy assimilation.
Strategic Combinations
Blend with unheated honey (enzyme conversion) and cream. Ratio: 1/6 honey to cheese for toxin binding.
For gas: Add honey or blend with cream.
Low Lactose Alternatives
Use cream (very little lactose) or butter (even less). Pineapple (bromelain) breaks down fats better than papaya.
4. Diet & Lifestyle Support
Follow the Primal Diet for enzyme replenishment: raw meats/fish (for cells), vegetable juices (celery/carrot/cucumber). Avoid high lactose early in the day.
Basic Hot Bath Protocol
To detox heavy metals and other pollutants.
- Run the bath at 40 degrees.
- Add raw milk, raw apple cider vinegar, Epsom salt to the bath.
- However keep in mind you need sufficient amount of fat in your body to do this.
- Lastly do the bath for 35-60 min (35 min if new).
- After care: Apply cold pressed unheated olive oil to belly button to minimize raised prolactin.
- Use ice to cool down ur balls.
